Why Gratitude?
For me, gratitude is one of my top core values. Ever since the beginning of time, humans have had a negativity bias. It’s a survival method. Like most things today, it’s outdated!
How sad is it that the sting of bad moments affects us more than moments of joy? It’s time to change that. I promise happiness will follow!
We have the power to change our perspective and outlook on life. Our mindset is one of the few things we CAN control.
I speak from personal experience when I say gratitude is one of the most important practices. I’ve lived in fear, depression, and anxiety for months at a time. Hopelessness was the only word to describe my life. But that’s no way to live. If you’re feeling stuck, I’m here to help!
Life is short, why not enjoy every moment? Live in happiness. Be thankful. Be mindful. Find gratitude, and love life!

This practice is a lot of work, but over time it gets easier. For me (and hopefully you), it’s worth the work!
Being able to take something from hard times allows me to keep moving forward and enjoy the little (and big) things along the way.
Gratitude turns what little we have into abundance. Not only making you a better person with great values, but changing your perspective of the world.
